FRCS is pleased to introduce Buddy!

Buddy is a regular at local events such as the Run for Hope or the Leukemia Lymphoma "Light the night" walk.

Front Range Cancer Specialists is pleased to announce the initiation of our pet therapy program. “Buddy” the dog is the newest member of the FRCS team: he is a Shetland Sheep Dog who visits on a weekly basis with our patients undergoing chemotherapy. Buddy is polite and loves spending time with people, and he is sure to put a smile on the faces of our cancer patients.

“Pet therapy can make a difficult situation much brighter and easier to handle. I looked forward to seeing Buddy at my treatments because he was so calm and loving! He eased my anxiety and helped me keep a smile on my face. Pet therapy was definitely a positive addition to my treatment routine adding to the friendly atmosphere at Front Range Cancer Specialists, and I am so thankful to have had the opportunity to meet Buddy!”
